More than 200 miles away from the main campus of UM-Flint, students at North Central Michigan College in Petoskey now will be able to earn a bachelor’s degree in nursing, applied science or business administration close to home.
A new agreement will allow students to earn their associate degree taking classes at North Central Michigan College and then use those credits toward the three UM-Flint bachelor’s degree programs.
Through a combination of courses being offered at North Central and online, students can complete all their coursework and earn their prestigious University of Michigan degree locally.
