Glen Arbor native Keefer Edwards runs his own company while attending the Stamps School of Art & Design at U-M.
In high school, Edwards founded Keef Company, a successful Michigan business that produces hand-made clothing, hats and accessories. His business has received more than 1,000 orders and should be available in 15 stores by summer.
“I’ve grown up in Michigan and my dad is a business owner,” says Edwards. “It’s important for people to see companies that are made in Michigan, stay in Michigan. Our goal is to bring the manufacturing and design element back to the economy.”
