Connecting citizens & cities: U-M, Jackson partnership begins

In a one-of-a-kind partnership with a mid-sized American city, U-M students have begun building information tools aimed at solving more than a dozen civic challenges identified by city officials in Jackson.

Those are just a few of the 10 projects in Citizen Interaction Design, a new master’s level class in the School of Information.
